What is your story?
After graduating from high school, I trained as a media and information services specialist and then completed my bachelor's degree in German and political science at the University of Tübingen. During my studies, I worked as a student trainee in the SWR press office and then did a traineeship at an advertising agency in Ludwigsburg after graduating. I then specialized in social media and worked there for almost 4 years. I then moved to MOSAIQ as Social Media Manager and have been part of the team ever since.
What makes you special, what are you particularly good at and what only you contribute to the agency?
I'm actually always in a good mood and have an open ear for everyone and believe that my colleagues appreciate this and therefore enjoy working with me, but also just chatting privately from time to time.
Through the spin-off of the online marketing team from MOSAIQ to Funntastic and thus being there from the start.
Depending on how I feel and what my evening plans look like, I start at 8 am or 9 am. After a brief overview of emails, Jira tickets and appointments, I get straight down to the to-dos. This usually involves content maintenance, setting up and evaluating LinkedIn campaigns or creating and planning content. There are also customer appointments from time to time, but I'm more involved in the operational side of things.
I do something with the internet. That's enough - I wouldn't understand anything else and I don't know how to earn money with it anyway.
If you could swap a day with a colleague - with whom and why?
With someone from the DEV team. When we sit together, they always talk about deployment & co. and I don't understand anything, so maybe a day would be helpful to at least begin to understand everything.
Team office or team home office?
It's all in the mix! If you have private plans, HO is simply great because of the flexibility. But the office is essential for communicating with colleagues and building team spirit.
What are your biggest challenges in everyday life?
To think about every customer anew and to constantly look for and implement new individual approaches. On the other hand, it's also fun because it's simply never the same.
Which fictional character do you think would do best in our team?
Hermine Granger from Harry Potter! She's super clever, always knows a solution, is a loyal friend and has a funny line or two up her sleeve.
What crazy or unusual ability do you have that most people don't know about?
Some things I can simply remember really well, for example the birthdays of pretty much all my colleagues. I can also name all the countries in the world on a map, know the capitals and the flags of most countries. Maybe I'll win something on "Who wants to be a millionaire?"
What's the funniest thing you've ever experienced in or with the agency?
There have been so many incredibly funny moments, it's actually impossible to pick just one! But I always had the most fun with Julian, a former colleague in the OM team. When we were in the office together, there was always a lot of laughter.Just chat with your colleagues in between and exchange ideas. If that doesn't help, scroll through Instagram or TikTok for 5 minutes, have a good laugh and then carry on.
The beer at 4 on Friday is almost a tradition and a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues in a different way. I also like the Monday meetings at Funntastic and MOSAIQ, because you get to see all your colleagues together and hear new things from the project managers about the individual customers.
If our office were on a desert island, who would be the leader?
I would choose Andy from MOSAIQ because he approaches every problem thoughtfully, sees the big picture and is always willing to help.If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it in the office?
Maybe something like a freeze? And when things get stressful or I need 5 minutes to myself, everyone else freezes for a moment.
